Joe is owner and co founder of the JS Transport Group. Joe has been in the trucking business for over 35 years and started as an owner driver with wife Narelle doing all his books from home. Joe has a certain charisma and enthusiasm which is infectious to all that surround him. He has served as the president of the NSW Livestock and Bulk Carriers Association and has also carried the olympic flame as an official torch bearer in the Sydney 2000 Olympics. Away from work you will find Joe babysitting some of his 8 grandchildren or entertaining friends on his boat.

Joe jnr is the Sepos families third generation actively involved in the transport business.His main role is to manage the overall running and future direction of the groups transport divisions. Joe is also responsible for the procurement and sale of the companies equipment. Away from work you will find Joe in the river casting lures for flathead with his 2 boys.   

Jeff Murphy is at the coalface of our company transport operations. He schedules and coordinates the companies daily freight tasks like a general directing his troops. Jeff has 21 years experience in the transport industry and demonstrates a strong emphasis on good old fashioned customer service. Most days you will find Jeff liasing between the consignees and consignors to ensure every load is delivered in a safe, timely and professional manner. Jeff is an avid motor racing fan and enjoys the odd round of golf.

Terry has one of the busiest and most challenging roles in the group. His role is to ensure that every task performed by every member of our team is safe and well within the legislative guidelines. He creates and enforces all of the groups policy and procedure manuals and is responsible for the groups driver training,fatigue management and mass management acreditation schemes. Away from work you will find Terry camping with his four wheel drive and trying to catch that elusive barramundi.

Christine is personal assistant to the Managing Director. She controls all the companies invoicing and also the accounts recievable enquiries. Christine has a strong, reliable work ethic and is well respected by her peers.  Away from work Christine loves photography and travelling the country to attend vintage farm machinery rallies with husband Mick .

Gary is the groups in house accountant. He prepares the groups yearly financials and also the weekly management reports. Gary is a wiz kid with computers and has designed and constructed many of the groups customised programmes. Away from work Gary has 5 children and spends most weekends being the family taxi.

Steve controls the financial direction of the JS Group with a tight reign. He is also the office manager whom overseas the groups clerical and administrative sections. Steve hails from Kempsey and loves his rugby league.

Cheryls main role is to manage the groups creditor payments.Cheryl has been with the group for over 16 years and is almost part of the furniture.She is a bubbly,vibrant character whom is always the life of the party and is well respected by her colleagues.
